A proposal to discuss
Agree a small first phase.
Choose one service, a realistic budget and a clear division of responsibilities before building. Talent & Services or the systems supporting workshops could be useful places to begin.
Build the first phase at cost
Define the deliverables and revisions, and agree how development time is valued and paid or otherwise accounted for. “At cost” does not mean unlimited or automatically unpaid work. Hosting, processing and support still need a budget.
Discuss a return as activity grows
For Talent & Services, Amran proposes earning an agreed share of Jollof Group’s commission on completed jobs. This is a share of the fee, not an unexplained cut of the whole job value. Refunds, third-party charges, reporting and payment timing must be agreed.
Different areas may need different models
Workshops and tourism might use booking fees or revenue shares. Media might use production fees, sponsorship or subscriptions. These are options to discuss, not agreed terms or income forecasts.
What we would each bring
Pa shapes the cultural and service offer. Amran brings professional AI training, web applications and operational workflows, including GAMWORKS/GawAI document work, Tong Shang software experience, and news and podcast workflows. Cultural-film and local-language experiments remain exploratory.

What to agree in our next conversation
- The first offer, likely customers, budget and limited scope.
- Development time, ongoing costs, customer care and delivery responsibilities.
- Ownership and licences for new and pre-existing work, with no assumed exclusivity.
- A review point using enquiries, completed work, feedback and actual costs.
Reuse ideas and workflow patterns only. Existing client code, data and branding stay separate. No availability, ownership transfer or partnership terms are promised.

A share of the commission
Edit the assumptions to see the arithmetic. USD is used for consistency. These are not recommended percentages, forecasts or agreed terms.
