A practical first phase

A discussion outline for Pa Ousman Joof. Choose one service, agree a limited scope and review what happens before expanding.

1. Choose the starting point

Discuss Talent & Services or the systems supporting cultural workshops first. Confirm the first customers, the offer, who delivers it and the problem this phase should solve.

2. Keep the first scope small

A clear offer page, one enquiry journey, a simple team follow-up method and one AI-assisted drafting step with human review. Agree deliverables, revisions and acceptance before building.

3. Agree the costs and return

Propose building the defined phase at cost. Agree how development time is valued and paid or otherwise accounted for, plus hosting, processing and support. For services, discuss Amran’s share of Jollof Group’s commission on completed jobs.

4. Assign responsibilities

Pa shapes the cultural and service offer. Amran could support the technology and workflows. Agree availability, customer care, delivery, payment rules, refunds, ownership and licences for new and pre-existing work.

5. Measure something useful

Track enquiries, response time, accepted work, completion, customer feedback, fees collected and actual costs. Choose measures appropriate to the first service and set a review point together.

6. Decide the next move

At review, continue, adjust or pause based on evidence and budget. Workshops and tourism may use booking fees or revenue shares. Media could use production fees, sponsorship or subscriptions.

For discussion only. No dates, percentages, availability, exclusivity, ownership transfer or partnership terms are agreed. The examples are illustrative and do not operate a live service.
